📦 Shipping Policy – Treasure Aura

At Treasure Aura, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Each Treasure Aura order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure you receive your scents in perfect condition.

⏱ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

  • During busy periods (launches, events), processing times may be slightly extended

🚚 Shipping Options

Canada Shipping

  • Standard shipping: 2–7 business days after processing

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

📍 Local Pickup (Brandon, MB)

Local pickup is available.

Once your order is ready:

  • You will receive a notification with pickup details

  • Pickup must be arranged within a reasonable timeframe

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email 

⚠️ Delays & Issues

Treasure Aura is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

❗ Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
