At Treasure Aura, we take pride in providing high-quality fragrance products. Due to the nature of our items, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

✨ All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, all perfume oils and diffusers are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

To process your request, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit

🚚 Shipping Issues

Once your order has been shipped, Treasure Aura is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

📍 Local Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the agreed time.

We are not responsible for:

  • Missed pickups

  • Forgotten items after pickup

Please check your order before leaving.

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The product is unavailable

  • A replacement cannot be provided

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
